Service Description. This Site describes Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Drywall Repair, Deck Repair, Fence Repair provided by Justin's Handyman Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://justinshandymanservices.com is the property of Justin's Handyman Services or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Justin's Handyman Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Justin's Handyman Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Justin's Handyman Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Justin's Handyman Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MI, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MI.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
